Yay Its Friday! And guess what... I am still in the Hospital! During my stay I have learned some oh so important things about my health.
I have an enlarged liver... and in the exact words of my sweet lil doc
'You have a fat liver, because you are fat! Its time to work on changing your diet and exercise'
Well... Eeks! Sometimes it takes a huge kick in the butt to wake up! When i was first diagnosed with Cronhs Disease in 2008 I went on a very strict diet and exercise routine and I lost 70 lbs in 6 months. Then I got pregnant, went into remission and was back to back to back pregnant for 3 years! I did great at the beginning of last year but since November have somehow gained 20 lbs! EEESH
So yeah, when I get out life is changing drastically! It has to for health sake!
What are your goals for this coming week?
Mine are:
Get out of the hospital
Walk 3x per week
Zumba 3x
Log all my Weight Watcher Points and stay with in the daily goal
Get a new scale
Inspiring and motivating each other is what this link up is all about! I really hope you join us! We would love if you linked up so we could all support each other in a journey to get healthy, whether you need to lose weight, maintain weight, or just have a healthier lifestyle.
