Getting Fit Friday Link Up



I hope you are all enjoying linking up your health posts!  Getting fit can be fun and it can be a challenge and all of your link ups with fitness routines, goals, achievements, challenges, recipes and the like are such a help and encouragement to all of us!

Last week I sucked!  Seriously in crazy cycle right now!
I didnt lose anything! In fact I have been tottering up and down with the same 5 lbs for a few weeks now and im getting so frustrated!
The only work out I got in was a day of vigorous cleaning and 2 hours at the zoo! 

Current weight: 2freaking30 or so....
UGH

 Goals for this week are to...
DRINK MORE WATER
Lose 2 lbs
Start over my Made to Crave 21 day devotional and stick with it 
Work out 3x
