ReplyDeleteHere’s a little tip I want to share with you: try brushing your teeth or gargling with mouthwash after a full meal. Doing just that would reduce the temptation to eat again because it would kill the taste of anything you crave. Or to completely forget about binging, distract yourself with a short burst of exercise when you crave for something to eat. =D*Brandon Pepper*
