This past week has been a crazy one! Valentines equals cookies, candies, nice dinners out and I just have issues making good choices! I have learned that when I say No to something after a few days it just leads to a huge binge fest! Well yesterday I decided to try something new!
I joined Weight Watchers! Its a learning adventure! I learned the hard way that you have to plan ahead and budget your points! lol After lunch I had NO points left! haha But anyway I am working on a meal plan and hoping that this will mean a new beginning for me and hopefully one I can better stick to!

lose 2 lbs
Exercise at least 3x

Here’s a little tip I want to share with you: try brushing your teeth or gargling with mouthwash after a full meal. Doing just that would reduce the temptation to eat again because it would kill the taste of anything you crave. Or to completely forget about binging, distract yourself with a short burst of exercise when you crave for something to eat. =D*Brandon Pepper*
I was always a die-hard Weight Watcher! I love their programs and find it so useful and practical. I just can't afford them right now :)
