50 Cal 7 Carb Pumpkin Frap Heck Yes
I am totally obsessed with Pumpkin Spice Fraps from Starbucks! Even with low fat milk and no whip the carbs are still outrageous! So I decided to get creative and surprisingly it worked and is yummy and healthy! Heck Yes!
I took 6 oz of hot water and mixed in a heaping tsp of instant coffee and dumped in blender
Added 2 oz of Coconut Milk (usually Id use vanilla coconut milk but was out) Coconut milk is awesome and only has 80 cals and 7 carbs for a full cup serving!
1/2 Cup of Canned Pumpkin
2 Cups of Ice
1 pkt of Stevia
Pumpkin Spice to taste
*the carb/cal count isnt exact but its figured on the high side too so drink up! ha
Blend and enjoy! YUM!
I also made this as a Pumpkin Shake for my kids! Basically the same just without the coffee
1 cup of coconut milk (or almond which ever you prefer)
1/2 cup canned Pumpkin
Pumpkin spice to taste
1 pkt of stevia and blend!
They loved it!
Next Im gonna experiment with Pumpkin Ice Cream!
