I have developed a love/hate relationship with exercise!
A few days ago when I was in a craptastic mood, my good ole friend and herbalife coach, Stacy said just do it anyway it will put you in a better mood...
I so wanted an easy out that night! I so wanted to go to bed and I didnt want my hubs telling me we needed to work out even though I know we needed to!
It really is a love/hate relationship! Before hand I'm like 'NO' then once I am done I feel so much better! This saying is oh so true...
Awesomely inspirational post :) <33 Loved it! I used to love working out when i was a teenager, but not as a parent... it's like one more thing I "have" to do. Which is why this post is so awesomely inspirational and I try to tell myself these things, too :) Good luck on another great week!
This is fantastic progress! If you watch Biggest Loser you know week 1 always has the biggest results. Perhaps change up what you're eating a little bit and week 3 will be just as rewarding! :o) This would be a great post to link up for my Fitness Friday link up tomorrow if you want!
Awesome blog! And the weight loss journey! :) I am starting the couch to 5k this coming Monday. I won registration to Color Me Rad and its the end of May soooo I need to get up and out the door! :) Hopefully I can stick with it. I know when we go my kids are gonna love it. Anyways, going to wander about a bit more!
I have the exact same feelings towards excersize.I don't do it frequently enough to have that love/love relationship that all those fitness freaks have.
